To all the couples who have reached out to us about their 2020 – 2021 Weddings, Greetings from Ecstatic Entertainment! First and foremost, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy during this confusing and scary time as we face the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

At Ecstatic Entertainment, we remain on the job, doing everything we can to make this time easier for our family of clients. Thanks to technology, we can seamlessly uphold our commitments of being highly available to our clients’ needs at all times while keeping our staff isolated and safe.

 

We understand that planning a wedding right now is likely confusing and frustrating. How could it not be? While we do not want to add to those challenges, we thought it would be appropriate to open some dialogue about how the pandemic is affecting Weddings in 2020 – 2021. The unfortunate reality is, as we are helping our 2020 couples navigate the many challenges they are facing, many of them are rescheduling their weddings to 2021. We think it is only fair for us to reach out to those who were already planning 2021 events to let them know that many of the dates we had previously told you were available may soon be impacted. There may be prudent to reevaluate the timing of your vendor hiring process to maximize your choices and vendor availability.

 

We would love to have a conversation with you about these issues you may be facing to see if we can help. We also “get it” that in these uncertain times that allocating funds to your wedding planning may be a challenge right now. We are happy to see if we can find a flexible way for you to handle our initial retainer fee if that would be helpful. Just let us know how we can help best.
